Maria Coffman, CEO and President

Maria Coffman founded Coffmatech, LLC., in October 2014 and currently serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Her experience is in both the privately held and publicly traded company sectors, with emphasis on business development and growth, mission services operations, organizational and personnel development, recruiting and retention which have empowered her to achieve many of Coffmatech’s short term corporate goals. Ms. Coffman has defined formal processes and practices, automated activities and developed world class recruiting and retention practices demonstrated in the outstanding retention rates and growth.

Chris Coffman, CIO and Vice President

Coffmatech's Chief Information Officer, has over 30 years of IT experience and over 20 years professional programming and architecture; design and implementation experience for Government Entities, Fortune 500 and small to medium-sized companies. Mr. Coffman has a history of repeated success in application design, development and integration; process design and optimization; enterprise architecture design and security; and Agile project mangement.

Shai-Anne Gallant, COO

Shai-Anne has a diverse history in the government and private sector. With more than 20 years’ experience leading HR programs and marketing campaigns for multiple Department of Defense agencies, small businesses and volunteer organizations, she is uniquely suited for her position as Chief Operations Officer. Shai-Anne has been an instrumental influence in Air Force Special Operations Command, US Army Europe, United States Air Forces Europe, Army Veterinary Corps, Headquarters Air Weather Service, the 375th Medical Group, Weekends Only/Philips Furniture, Best Friends Animal Clinic and several charity organizations.
